What is an NFC business card?
It's a card with a tiny chip inside. When someone taps it with their phone, their browser opens your dexcard, where they can save your contact details in one tap. No app needed on either side.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer read NFC automatically, as do most Android phones from the last several years. Every dexcard also has a QR code for phones that don't support NFC.
Can I use my own NFC card or sticker?
Yes. Any NTAG213/215/216 card, sticker or keychain works. Add it in your dashboard, copy the link, and write it to the tag with a free app like NFC Tools.
What happens if I change jobs or my number changes?
Just update your profile. Your card links to your dexcard, not to fixed details, so everyone who taps it sees the latest version. You can even re-point a card to your link-in-bio page without rewriting it.
What's the difference between dexcard and heresmyl.ink?
They're two views of the same profile. dexcard.me/you is a contact card built for meeting people in person. heresmyl.ink/you is a link-in-bio page for Instagram, TikTok and everywhere else.
Can people share their details back?
Yes. Contact exchange adds a “Share your info” button to your card. When someone fills it in, they land in your Leads inbox, you get an email, and they get a copy of your card so they can save you too.
